Return Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to provide you with a simple and hassle-free return.  Please read on for details on returns and refunds.  

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: 

  • Use the contact us portal and provide your order number and photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item/s within 10 days of receiving your order. Please let us know your ideal resolution to the issue (replacement or refund). 
  • We will contact you with options to resolve your issue. 

 

Standard Return (30 Days from day of delivery)

 

  • If you would simply like to return your items for a refund, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order (please include order number in your email). We will provide you with a return label. When your item arrives at our facility in its original packaging and in unused condition, we will refund your purchase, less the return shipping label and a 20% restocking fee.
  • If your item is returned to us beyond the 30-day policy, damaged, used, and/or in unsellable condition we will deduct the return label cost, and a restocking fee up to 75%. 

 

- Upon receiving your return, please allow 3-5 business days for refund processing. 

 

- Items returned beyond the 30-day policy will not be refunded.
